Shane Perkins
In 2019, I started Cambre Inclusive Solutions with a simple but powerful goal: to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. As someone who lives with a disability, I know firsthand the challenges, frustrations, and barriers that many of us face—not just in accessing support, but in being seen, heard, and truly understood.
Over the years, I’ve navigated the system myself. I’ve experienced the gaps in services, the lack of consistency, and the feeling that too often, people are defined by their limitations rather than their potential. It became clear to me that there was a real need for a support provider that not only understood these struggles but approached them with empathy, respect, and a focus on strengths—not shortcomings.
That’s why I created Cambre Inclusive Solutions—a service that’s grounded in lived experience, driven by values, and committed to doing things differently. I believe in focusing on what people can do. That’s why our motto is “Focusing on Ability.” It’s more than words—it’s the heart of everything we do.

Together, with our dedicated team, clients, and community, we’re building something truly meaningful: an inclusive, empowering environment where people of all abilities can thrive, live independently, and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of my amazing wife, Cathie, and our family, who’ve stood by me and made many sacrifices along the way so I could pursue this vision. Cathie brings over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry, including working with the local council, and she carries with her a wealth of knowledge, a deep understanding of community needs, and an unwavering commitment to high standards. Her belief in me—and in what we’re building—has been my foundation, and I’m deeply grateful.
